At Nirvaan Home, we want you to love what you receive!
While we currently do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to help you with an exchange if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at houseofnirvaan@gmail.com with photos of the product and your order details.
Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Please note:
- Exchanges are only applicable for unused items in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.
